The Upper Mississippi Grand Rapids One Watershed One Plan (1W1P) Policy Committee will have their first meeting on Thursday, March 23rd 11:30-2:30 at the Itasca County Courthouse, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN 55744 at the downstairs meeting room.

This meeting is one of the first steps for the planning phase of this watershed. The idea of a 1W1P is to look at the entire watershed and use data and information we already have, take input from agencies, citizens, and stakeholder groups, and build off the existing local capacity to create a comprehensive water management plan that will best serve the entire watershed. https://bwsr.state.mn.us/one-watershed-one-plan-videos
